It all started with a conversation…

Tom was talking with a group of people about medical cannabis in Utah when he heard story after story of patients being charged hundreds of dollars just to get certified. That didn’t sit right. For patients seeking legal access to medical cannabis, this first step shouldn’t be so expensive—or so hard.

Too many clinics were putting profits before people, and it was clear something needed to change. That’s when we launched our first outreach clinic through Lotus Health, hoping to do things differently.

We started small—a single provider and a few staff volunteering on a Saturday. The need was overwhelming. Patients waited over six hours to be seen.

We quickly realized once a month wasn’t enough. So we added more events. Then weekly clinics. Still not enough. So we grew.

Now, two years later, as Bloom we have outreach clinics 5+ times a week across Utah—from Ogden to St. George. We’ve helped thousands of everyday people access care they can afford, and we will continue to be there to fill the gap until medical cannabis is accessible to everyone through their primary care providers.

Because everyone deserves access to compassionate, affordable care.
